Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TransformSEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Transform 12:2 LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

TransformSEO is an MCP-first SEO platform that provides AI assistants with access to professional SEO tools through the Model Context Protocol. The Service includes keyword research, rank tracking, backlink analysis, site audits, AI visibility monitoring, and data sync capabilities.

3. Accounts and Teams

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account belongs to a team, and the team owner is responsible for all activity under their team. You may invite others to your team; you are responsible for their compliance with these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

TransformSEO offers subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. API Credits and Usage

MCP tool calls consume API credits. Credit limits vary by plan. Exceeding your limit may result in throttled access until the next billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit consumption is visible via the get-credit-usage tool and your dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • Share your API tokens or MCP credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use automated systems to abuse rate limits or credit allocations
  • Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization

7. Third-Party Data

SEO data provided through TransformSEO is sourced from third-party providers including DataForSEO, Google APIs, and others. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Use SEO data as one input in your decision-making, not as the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

TransformSEO, its code, documentation, and branding are the property of Transform 12:2 LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Data you input remains yours; data generated by the Service (analysis results, reports) is licensed to you for your use.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transform 12:2 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
