Sync keyword rankings for a tracked site. Without dates → today's rank check (one call per site). With `date_from`/`date_to` → historical fill via `historical_serps/live`, per-keyword fan-out, monthly resolution, 12-month DFS ceiling. Records null-rank rows when the site is absent from a month's SERP. Cost scales with active keyword count — surfaced in the response.
